A man seized a firearm and a citizen at Kingston General Hospital in Ontario on Monday night.
According to preliminary information provided by the Kingston Police, the suspect, a prisoner, a Correctional Service Canada officer at approximately 6:00 pm He then opened fire, twice reaching a citizen.
